We are happy to hear your son loves our shampoo, and we are sorry that you do not. We offer specials on a regular basis and always offer free shipping on orders over $90. We are happy to see that on your last order you were able to take advantage of our free shipping special on all orders. I'm a bit perplexed on how you calculate $80 for two shampoos, as your last order total for two shampoos + tax was $56.29. Had you had to pay shipping, it would have been an additional $7, but still far from $80.
We keep our prices as low as we can while never skimping on quality ingredients. While annual shipping costs have gone up 6% every year for the last 5 years, we have continued to offer flat rate shipping of $7 (or free shipping for orders over $90). We have had one price increase on our shampoo in 10 years, although our costs for ingredients (and credit card processing) have risen exponentially. The only thing we can control is providing quality products and exceptional customer service while keeping our overhead as low as possible.
