Q: What makes Hummingbird Farms products different?

A: All our body care products are aloe-based, providing deep hydration and nourishment. We use nature-derived botanicals and aromatic herbs for scent — never synthetic or artificial fragrance. Our formulas are clean, therapeutic, and crafted in Texas with premium ingredients.

Q: Are your products good for dry or sensitive skin?

A: Yes. Aloe is naturally soothing, hydrating, and gentle. Our formulas are crafted specifically for dry, stressed, or sensitive skin that needs moisture without irritation.

Q: What do your products smell like?

A: Every scent is inspired by botanicals from our Texas Hill Country farm. Aromas come from real herbs, flowers, and plant essences — never artificial fragrance.

Q: Do your products contain parabens or phthalates?

A: No. All products are free of parabens, phthalates, and artificial fragrance.

Q: Are your formulas cruelty-free?

A: Yes. We never test on animals. 

Q: Where are your products made?

A: Every product is crafted in Texas, using clean, thoughtfully selected ingredients.


INGREDIENT & SAFETY FAQs

Q: What does “aloe-based” mean?

A: Instead of water as the first ingredient, our body care formulas begin with aloe vera — a nutrient-rich, hydrating base that nourishes the skin more effectively. In fact, aloe vera is our primary ingredient in our creams, lotions and soaps, with our formulations containing between 40%-70% of this skin-loving ingredient. 

Q: Are your ingredients natural?

A: We use clean, plant-powered ingredients and botanical essences. All scents come from nature — never synthetic fragrance chemicals.

Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

A: Yes. Our formulas are gentle and free of harsh additives and synthetic fragrance (parfum). However, if you have severe sensitivities, we recommend patch testing.


USAGE FAQs

Q: How often should I use your lotions or creams?

A: Daily use is recommended, especially after bathing or hand washing to lock in moisture.

Q: Can I layer products?

A: Absolutely. Our products are designed to complement one another and enhance hydration when layered. Furthermore, they are created not to compete with your favorite cologne or perfume, but to enhance it. 

Q: Are these products suitable for men and women?

A: Yes — our scents are clean, aromatic, and intentionally gender-neutral.


SHIPPING FAQ

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Standard orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not at this time, but we are exploring this for the future.


RETURNS FAQ

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return within 30 days for a full or partial refund. 

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?

A: Contact us within 7 days and we will happily replace or refund your item.
