I love these products!!! I had brain surgery a couple of years ago and this shampoo and conditioner feels so wonderful on my scalp!!! Plus the lotion feels wonderful on my skin as I use it twice a day every single day!!! thank you so much for these products. please always make them!!!
I like these two products. Lovely fragrance and a nice little tingle to the scalp. My only criticism (a very small one) is that the shampoo is a bit runny for the tube container. No problem with the conditioner.
Thank you for the feedback, Valerie. Thrilled to hear that overall you are happy with the shampoo. We do have a good bit of oil (good, quality oil your hair needs in order to thrive), but it can separate after a while. You might try just giving your shampoo a good shake and see if that eliminates some of the runniness. I could have added more emulsifier to keep it from ever separating, but I always hate to add more of what we don't necessarily need.

My son loves this shampoo. I will purchase for him on special occasions only, as I feel the product is ridiculously overpriced. Once you add shipping and tax to the order, it is difficult for me to justify $80 for 2 containers of shampoo.

We are happy to see that on your last order you were able to take advantage of our free shipping special on all orders. I'm a bit perplexed on how you calculate $80 for two shampoos, as your last order total for two shampoos + tax was $56.29. Had you had to pay shipping, it would have been an additional $7, but still far from $80.
We keep our prices as low as we can while never skimping on quality ingredients. While annual shipping costs have gone up 6% every year for the last 5 years, we have continued to offer flat rate shipping of $7 (or free shipping for orders over $90). We have had one price increase on our shampoo in 10 years, although our costs for ingredients (and credit card processing) have risen exponentially. The only thing we can control is providing quality products and exceptional customer service while keeping our overhead as low as possible.
